Basement & Crawlspace Waterproofing Systems

  • Monitor yard drainage for additional concerns

  • Flush PVC downspout extensions with water

    (Up to 5 downspouts installed by Appalachian Foundation Services)

Note: Water-jetting of curtain drains, French drains, or pre-existing downspouts will be quoted separately.

Power Post & Beam Systems

  • Inspect adjustable posts for rust or damage

  • Verify posts remain level and plumb

  • Tighten adjustment bolts as needed

  • Check load transfer to beams and joists

  • Monitor surrounding soil for settling issues

  • Inspect wooden beams for rot or cracks

  • Inspect crawlspace or basement framing for additional damage

Note: Lift attempts to gain recovery will be quoted separately.

Foundation Helical Tie-Back Systems

  • Inspect exposed tie-back components for corrosion

  • Tighten wall plate connections and verify security

  • Measure foundation walls for additional movement

  • Inspect surrounding soil for erosion or washout

  • Assess the entire foundation for new signs of movement

Foundation Piering Systems

  • Check benchmarks for further foundation settlement

  • Inspect for new settlement at other foundation locations

  • Monitor foundation for lateral movement in the basement or crawlspace

  • Inspect soil around piers for erosion or settlement

  • Check for water pooling near pier locations
